Two of most famous British horror stories are Dracula and Frankinstein. Mary Shelly wrote Frankenstein in 1818. Bram Sroker, the Irish write, created Dracula in 1897. There are many films which feature these two horror characters. Stoker thought of his story when he was walking in Highgate cemetery. He wondered what would happen if sulight could wake up a dead body in a tomb. Now visitors to London can go on special guided Dracula tours. British people love to be scared!
